United Registrar of Systems Bulgaria Ltd. was established in early 2003 and has the ambition to become one of the major Certification Bodies in Bulgaria. Demand for Certification in the next few years is expected to be strong, as Bulgaria is in the process of integration within the European Union and is a virtual member of NATO. The integration process requires full harmonization in every aspect of business and commercial life and ISO Standards and Certification are a beneficial "tool" for achieving this goal.

The current portfolio of certification schemes covers a wide range of standards and scopes accredited by UKAS and other international bodies.
