ROS was formed as a result of the present directors' wish to operate a registrar that was truly receptive to clients needs; in particular the need to understand a business process and to ensure that systems are in place to assist the business in delivering its products and services - not hampering its operation.
Further, certification costs are an "on-cost" and as such, can affect the "bottom-line" which means certification costs should be as competitive as possible.
With the above philosophy in mind, demand for our services has meant that ROS has now over twenty offices worldwide and has issued certificates in over thirty countries.
ROS' policy is to provide value added auditing services, be cost competitive and finally, a "one-stop-shop" in respect of scopes offered. It is our plan to continually improve.
The demands placed on ROS may be high in order to achieve the goals stated, in this rapidly ever changing global market, but then any organization knows only too well the pressures that exist in order to survive.
